Bistro Carthago is the story of a passion for taste, exceptional products and Tunisian cuisine. Aimen Sassi, the master of the place, is a fine gourmet, greedy and passionate by the delicious flavors rooted in his childhood memories of Melloulech. This Tunisian child has always bathed in the smells of spices and good dishes prepared by his mother. Very early he developed a passion for cooking and watched for hours his mother preparing couscous and other typical Tunisian dishes. Arrived in France and then only in Luxembourg a few years later, the kitchen always fascinates him. Besides, it's himself who regale his family of good dishes. This passion becomes such that the idea of opening a restaurant begins to germinate.
This restaurant is the culmination of a project that is based on a deep desire to share the pleasure of enjoying an oriental gastronomy, presented to the European but resolutely traditional. This restaurant is like Aimen refined, presented to the European and traditionally Tunisian !!!
Aimen wants to make people discover Tunisian hospitality, even if it is only a matter of sharing a little time together, he also wants to awaken people's taste buds to the subtleties of Tunisian cuisine.
